As an Early Childhood Educator and Owner/School Director with 15+ years of experience, I've gained invaluable skills in organization and time management to keep a preschool running smoothly. Adapting the environment to engage the children and facilitating transitions between 20+ children and teachers were crucial aspects of my role. However, the most challenging experience was when I became a single mom of twins while running a business and homeschooling.   • This is a person working the hours. For example: You buy a package for 10 organizing hours, the hours may be completed by one organizer at two different sessions or 2 organizers at one session, each organizer working 5 hours each at the same time.
